Malaysian Open 2009 for 100M men breaststroke, 1.11.11 because I meet SUKMA qualifying time set by MSNJ.

What are your dreams and aspirations in the coming future?
To represent Malaysia in various competitions like Sea Games, Olympics and more.

When did you start to compete and what was your achievement then?
I started to compete in individual events when I was 10 years old. During that time I won 6 gold medals.

Who's your role model/inspiration(s)?
Kyosuke Kitajima, Michael Phelps and Ian Thorpe


What's one advice that someone gave you then you apply during training and races?

“When you reach the pool, don’t worry and look at other people’s time, as long as you give it hundred percent. Be proud because you are swimming with the flag on top of your shoulders, not to become a burden but to push us forward at time when you think there is no hope left. “
